*****EU FANS ~ PLEASE NOTE*****
From July 1st, in line with changes implemented by the EU E-commerce package, Bandcamp will be collecting VAT on merchandise sales made to fans located in EU countries. The good thing is, EU fans will no longer be subject to import duties (and extortionate admin charges) since the tax has already been collected. The less good thing is that, although the changes are in effect, it's still a bit work-in-progress so we will be holding shipping any orders going to the EU in the mean time, just until things smooth out a bit on the admin side, to save EU fans potentially being charged import duties when you've already paid the taxes. Hopefully this should just be for a very short while, but there will be a slight delay to your order shipping out if you are located in an EU country.

The impact of Covid-19 has led to shortages in air capacity and to an escalation of air carrier costs. As such, international shipping prices have increased to reflect additional air carrier surcharges that have been implemented.

We are still shipping orders out but limited to twice a week. Please expect arrival times to be longer than usual and please make sure to add Bandcamp's email notifications of your package shipment to your email safe-lists to keep updated on the progress and tracking info of your order. These emails are sent to the email address linked to the Bandcamp account that your purchase was made with.

Combined shipping discounts are automatically calculated and applied if multiple items are added to one cart for check out together. Shipping discounts will not be applied if items are checked out separately. Please note, if your order containing multiple items includes a pre-order item due to ship out at a later date, the full order will not ship until the estimated shipment date of the pre-order item.

We use the following tracked delivery services to ship out orders:

Within the UK - default shipping method is via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Approx arrival time within 3 working days from dispatch. End-to-end tracking and SMS or email notifications provided to recipients online. Flexible delivery options are available - including Safeplace & Delivery to Neighbour (please add a note when submitting your order if this is required)

Within Europe - default shipping method is via Royal Mail International Business Tracked. Approx arrival time 3-5 working days from dispatch. End-to-end tracking and SMS or email notifications provided to recipients online.

Outside of Europe to the rest of the world - default shipping method is via Royal Mail International Tracked or Tracked & Signed (depending on country/availability). Approx arrival time 5-7 working days from dispatch. End-to-end tracking and SMS or email notifications provided to recipients online.

Return Policy
We do our upmost to securely package orders for shipping, however we cannot ensure the conditions of shipment once an item has been handed over to and in transit with the postal carrier.

If item arrives in damaged packaging, please IMMEDIATELY:
- Notify the delivery courier and take photos of the PACKAGING damage.
- Take photos of the CONTENT inside the opened packaging and any details of visible damage to items.
We will need these to make the insurance claim with the postal carrier and can discuss replacements for damaged items once these claims have been made.

If the item itself is faulty (not from the result of damage during transit), please contact us to discuss exchange/returns.

Please note we cannot process returns/refunds for autographed gramaphone record sleeves and other autographed items, these have been manually opened and signed by artists and therefore will never be in their original new condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept or process returns/refunds for face coverings.
